Monthly Pass Q&A

How does it work?

It’s easy – just choose the type of monthly wash pass you wish to buy, we will take your credit card information, apply a pass sticker to your car and you will be ready to go. Every time you visit our car wash after that first visit, our RFID scanner will read your pass. Your credit card will be charged every month thereafter unless you choose to cancel. Occasionally we run special offers with short term commitments but otherwise, there is no long-term contract beyond 30 days.

Can I order online?

At this time, you cannot order a monthly pass online but we are working to make that happen soon! Simply sign up at your next visit to one of our car washes and you will be ready to go!

Can I use my pass at different Cloud 10 locations?

You can! You can use your pass at all Cloud10 Car Wash locations.

Does it work at your touchless and soft cloth tunnel?

Our monthly wash passes are only good at our soft cloth tunnels.

What if I want to cancel?

Please give us 10 days’ notice by sending an email to washplans@cloud10carwash.com with your name, pass number and location at which you signed up. If you do not have access to email, please call our office at 860.942.8102. We are unable to process partial refunds. You will be billed for a full 30 days.

I want to pause my membership and come back at a later date. Can I do that?

We cannot put your membership on hold but if you know you want to come by and sign up again in the future, just keep the pass stickers on your car and when you sign back up, we will just use the same stickers.

The car wash was great, my car looked amazing! It even washed off most of the bird crap that my pressure washer couldn't. Their vacuums are free and actually work well. I was able to get in all the nooks and crannies. The staff was also very polite and inform about their deals.
