3How does Cloud10 Read my RFID Fast Pass sticker or License Plate?
Cloud10 uses cameras and a license plate reading software to identify your vehicle as you enter the wash. Cloud10 does not use your information for any other purpose, nor does it sell or share any personal information.
4What if I’m not happy with my wash?
If you are not satisfied with your car wash, please tell any Cloud10 Car Wash employee and he/she will make sure you leave with the amazing car wash you were expecting. Please bring your receipt to the same location.
5Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Cloud10’s monthly wash plan can be changed or canceled with 10 days’ notice prior to your next billing date. Cancel online

7Can my truck/SUV fit?
We fit most pickup trucks and SUVs. Max height is 7’2” and max tire width is 13 inches. A member of our team on site is always available to ask if your vehicle will fit through.
8Do you have any hand wash options?
The car wash is an automated tunnel. We use ultrasoft neoglide foam (no brushes). We also have some self-serve bays at our locations in Connecticut and Colmar, Pennsylvania.
9Is there going to be an issue with my vinyl, wrap plexiglass top, Corvette etc.?
It shouldn’t be a problem at all but we would always recommend you show the manager on site prior to entry just so we can see it in person and be 100% sure.
10Is this a touchless car wash?
Our newest locations in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey do not offer a touchless option. We are a state-of-the-art express car wash. We use ultrasoft neoglide foam (no brushes) and premium American-made Simoniz wash chemicals. It is not touchless because the neoglide foam touches your car.
11Who washes the car? Is it done by hand? How does it work?
We are known an as express car wash. We utilize state-of-the-art cleaning equipment (made of ultrasoft neoglide foam/no brushes) along with premium Simoniz chemicals to clean your car. You stay inside your car while the cleaning equipment does the work. At most of our locations, we offer complimentary free vacuums and rug beaters (carpet mat cleaners) for the use of our customers.
12What is your highest quality wax job?
Our highest quality wash is our ceramic sealant. It is the latest, state of the art coating. The ceramic sealant is included with our top wash and our top monthly wash plan. The ceramic sealant offers excellent shine as well as exceptional hydrophobic properties that allow it to repel rain, dirt, etc.
13Do you clean the inside of the car?
We do not clean the interior - our car wash model is known as an express wash. We utilize only state-of-the-art equipment and premium Simoniz chemical applications. All of our locations, with the exception of our Willimantic, CT location, offer the use of free vacuums with your wash, regardless of whether you are a plan member or not.
14Do you offer interior detailing at any of your locations?

If you are not satisfied with your car wash, please speak with any Cloud10 team member at your Cloud10 location. Our team will make sure you leave with the amazing car wash you were expecting.
17How much do the monthly wash plans cost? What does each plan include?

18Do you offer any discounts on your monthly wash plans?
While we may run a promotion from time to time, we do not typically offer any further discount on our monthly wash plans. Our monthly wash plans are already heavily discounted.
19If I purchase the lowest priced monthly wash plan but would like to try out the services on your top plan, can I do that?
Please speak to a team member at your Cloud10 and they will assist you. There are upgrades available at an additional cost.
20How do the monthly wash plans work? Do I need to show or swipe a membership card?
You do not need a membership card. At your time of purchase, depending upon your Cloud10 location, we will apply either a set of radio frequency identification (RFID) stickers to your vehicle or capture your license plate tag information. After the first visit, while your plan remains active, our system will read the RFID sticker(or license plate) and identify you as a plan member.
21How does Cloud10 read my RFID sticker or License Plate?

22How often can I wash with my monthly wash plan?
You can wash every day, once a day, while your plan is active.
23How does the billing cycle work? Do you charge my card at the beginning of every month?
Your credit card on file will automatically be charged every 30 days from the initial date of purchase.
24Can I change my billing date?
No, unfortunately you cannot change the billing date. You are automatically charged every 30 days from the date of purchase.
25Are the monthly wash plans good for more than one vehicle? If not, do you have any time of multiple vehicle discount?
Each monthly wash plan is vehicle specific; good for use with one vehicle. We do not currently offer any multiple vehicle discount.
26What happens if I purchase a new vehicle?
Please let a team member know at your Cloud10 that you would like to replace the vehicle on your plan. Depending upon your location, your license plate tag will be replaced in our system or we will apply RFID stickers to your new vehicle. The old license plate tag or RFID stickers will automatically become inactive. We do only allow one change of a vehicle on your plan every 6 months.
27Do the monthly wash plans include interior cleaning?
Our monthly wash plans do not include interior cleaning. All of our locations, with the exception of our Willimantic, CT location, do offer the use of free vacuums with your wash, regardless of whether you are a plan member or not. Our Willimantic, CT location does have interior detailing options at an additional cost. Please email

28How do I change the credit card on file?
You can visit your Cloud10 and ask a team member to change the credit card for you. You can also change your credit card online

29Can I use my wash plan at other Cloud10 locations?

30Can I suspend or pause my monthly wash plan instead of canceling it?
We are unable to suspend or pause your membership. We will cancel your plan at the end of the billing cycle and when you are ready to come back to your Cloud10 you will need to purchase a new plan with us. If you have RFID stickers on your vehicle, please do not remove them. We can reuse those RFID stickers and the process will be a little faster for you.
31This all sounds great but what if I do not want to give you a credit card? Do you have any other wash plan options?
We do offer prepaid club plans at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months increments. You get the same wash services included in our monthly wash plans but pay the total cost upfront via cash or credit card. There is no recurring charge. The monthly cost is the same as it is with our monthly wash plans. One of our team members will need to assist you in a purchase of a prepaid club plan. We do not currently sell the prepaid club plans at the pay terminals.
32Can I buy a monthly wash plan as a gift for a friend or family member?
At some of our locations, we apply the RFID stickers to your vehicle and at others we capture the license plate tag at time of purchase. All our plans are active immediately at time of purchase. Therefore, if you are interested in purchasing a plan as a gift, we recommend you bring the vehicle over at time of purchase and purchase it as close as possible to the date you are giving the gift. You are always welcome to speak to someone on our team about the options and they will be happy to assist you.
33Is there a long- term contract with the monthly wash plans?
There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees. We require 10 days’ notice before your next billing date for any cancellation. We are unable to process partial refunds. You will be billed for a full 30 days.
34If I give 10 days’ notice before my billing date, can I still use the services through my billing date or is it canceled effective immediately?
You can still use your monthly wash plan for the full 30 days. We kindly request the 10 days’ notice prior to your billing date so we may process all requests in a timely manner.
35Can I use a Cloud10 gift card towards any wash service?
Our Cloud10 gift cards are good for single wash purchases only. You cannot use a gift card to purchase a monthly wash plan, prepaid club plan or Cloud10 gift cards. They cannot be used in our vending machines.
